BRUTE V.1 is a program designed turn you into a raw strength tank. A 5 day, 16 week (optionally ran from the 12 week mark) program incorporating a ton of movements unique to my own programming that helped me blast through the 900lbs mark on deadlift after years of plateauing.  The program is accompanied by a full video library where I explain every aspect of all exercises on the program. Along with a time stamped program overview video that efficiently answers any questions you may have and takes you step by step through filling out the program. Designed to build you through a broad spectrum of volume and relatively unspecific movement and sharpen you down to a peaked state, ready to express your new gains in meet.
