OMNI V.1 is a program designed to transform your strength on all fronts over the course of 16 weeks (12 weeks optional). With a foundation in the basics, it incorporates numerous unique protocols I've picked up over the last few years which have helped me put over 400lbs on my total, as well as 100+lbs on those who trail ran this program before its release to market. The RIR based, 5 day split is accompanied by a full video library where I explain every aspect of all exercises on the program. Along with a time stamped program overview video that efficiently answers any questions you may have and takes you step by step through filling out the program. Gain general strength through relatively specific volume and reap the rewards as the latter half of the programs sharpens you and that new strength down to a peaked state ready to express one rep max's in uncharted territory.
